Never finding love
There is something so inherently human in the desire to love and be loved. It is at the core of who we are, and finding our “soulmate” becomes one of the most important things that we can do. The idea that we will never love fully, will never be loved, is terrifying.
Is their love perfect?
I don’t imagine it is. In every relationship, there is a lot that happens behind the scenes. Love is messy and flawed. Boyfriends and girlfriends, husbands and wives will all hurt the ones that they love at some point or another, intentionally or not.
If love could be perfect between two people, why does it hurt so much? Why does it end so often?
It’s not that love isn’t possible and that two people cannot be happy together.
It’s that two imperfect people can never create a perfect love.
But the good news is that perfect love does exist. There is a love that is whole, healing, and utterly beyond anything that we can imagine. It just isn’t where we think it is.
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8:38-39)
You can be a part of that unstoppable love story. There is a God calling out to you in love. Neither death nor life, heaven nor hell can separate you from God’s love if you turn and receive him. He is your true ‘Soulmate’.
Let Him catch you and you will discover that true love has already found you.
If you want to hear the whole story, and perhaps see God as you never have before, we invite you on this journey.
